Copely Developments Ltd is pleased to announce the launch of Aquaflex®, an outstanding all-terrain UV stabilised irrigation hose that delivers exceptional durability, flexibility and water flow performance.
Manufactured in the UK, Aquaflex® all-terrain hose is the ideal heavy-duty choice for all watering and irrigation purposes, as well as for water supply and delivery applications.
Aquaflex® offers kink resistance to repeated bending and pulling, and the ease of handling makes the hose suitable for many applications. Some examples of the diverse range of applications are agriculture, dairy, farming, and horticulture, including fruit and vegetable growers. Other uses include garden centres, nurseries, golf and sports clubs, landscaping, construction and general gardening.
The multi-layered construction of Aquaflex®, using specially formulated materials, delivers superior flexibility and resilience in all climates. Copely’s exclusive braiding reinforcement technique, using high tensile materials ensures high working and burst pressures, providing superior performance levels to comparable products in the professional hose market.
The tough yellow PVC outer layer of Aquaflex® gives excellent UV, abrasion, and crushing resistance, while the ultra smooth hose liner is designed for optimum water flow. Critical in horticultural applications, the higher temperature range of Aquaflex® makes it ideal for use in greenhouses.
Aquaflex® all-terrain hose is available from stock in 12.5mm (1/2”), 19mm (3/4”) and 25mm (1”) internal diameters, in 25m, 50m and 100m coil lengths. Other sizes and custom coil lengths are available on request.
Aquaflex® is available in standard yellow colour from stock. On request, other colours would be available including green, orange, and high visibility options suitable for lower light conditions or to comply with health and safety regulations.
