General Description
Coplexel ‘Air-Cord’ is manufactured from specially formulated, highly resilient and supple PVC compounds offering perhaps the most flexible, lightest weight qualities possible, utilising ‘high tech’ production methods. Coplexel ‘Air-Cord’ is particularly suitable for pneumatic hand tools ensuring complete freedom of movement for operatives in any working environment. ‘Air-Cord’ is virtually impossible to kink, the supple qualities maintaining a long term memory for its round profile, thereby ensuring maximum air flow. Combined with high tensile polyester reinforcing with optimum braid angle, ‘Air-Cord’ will provide a long term solution for the end user conscious of the fatigue factor associated with inflexible, heavy hose.
Coplexel ‘Air-Cord’ is patented and available, ex-stock, in standard opaque blue colour. Temperature range is from -15°C to +60°C and stocks are held in 30m coils. (At elevated temperatures, e.g. +55°C, the working pressure must be reduced by 50%).
