- In order to receive this free warranty, you will need to provide your receipt as proof of purchase.
- Your warranty begins from the day that you purchase your Copely product.
- Copely reserves the right to withdraw this free extended warranty offer at any point and without notice.
- The Copely warranty applies to manufacturing faults only and does not apply to damage caused by misuse of the product.
- In the unlikely event that your product should prove to be faulty, please contact the company you purchased the hose from initially and provide details of the product and the fault. You may be required to send us the faulty product, to Copely Developments Ltd, Thurmaston Lane, Leicester, LE4 9HU England.
- If we have reason to believe that the fault was caused by misuse of the product, we reserve the right to refuse to provide a replacement or refund. Misuse of the product includes negligence, use/handling or storage of the product in contravention of the manufacturer’s recommendations or instructions, or any commercial use of products designed for non-commercial use only.
- Refunds and replacements are provided at Copely’s discretion and may include the provision of similar but not identical products. Copely does not accept any liability for any loss or damage caused by the use or misuse of any of our products, except as required by law.
- The laws of England and Wales govern this warranty and these terms and conditions.
