SpiralFlex HDPE is a hydraulic hose protection wrap, offering quick and simple protection to singular hoses, bundles of cables, or multi-lines. A cost-effective solution to shocks, abrasions, and deterioration, helping reduce equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
This high-density polyethylene spiral wrap is suitable for a wide range of applications, from hydraulic to pneumatic. High-density polyethylene (HDPE) can withstand a wide temperature range, making it an ideal spiral guard. It is also resistant to deterioration from contact with hydraulic fluids, such as glycol and phosphate-based products.
Easily deployed to new or existing assemblies, this hydraulic spiral wrap can be installed without the use of any tools. SpiralFlex HD is also manufactured with smooth edges that help to prevent damage to equipment during installation and use.
Our spiral guard range is also made from 100% recycled materials and come in recyclable dispensing cartons for ease of use. We process our own HDPE waste, which is then extruded and cut into spirals at our factory. To find out more, take a look into our recycling process.
Our spiral guard hose protector is available in yellow, red, and black, with other colours available, subject to request. The range is also available in several different sizes and lengths, suitable for a wide variety of applications.
