A few months back, our website and catalogue underwent its biggest revamp in years. Alongside it, our suction and discharge range was also given an overhaul and we feel it needs a reintroduction.
Like our entire line of products, our range of suction and delivery hoses have been given a full makeover. From shiny new renders and datasheets, to brand new features, like our interactive data tables. It’s now easier than ever to find the ideal product for your needs.
We’ve also introduced three new products to this range. We realised that this range was lacking a product that specialised in fuel and oil transfer applications, and so we’ve introduced our new Oil Resistant Delivery Hose. This is an oil suction hose, specially developed for the suction and delivery of diesel, petrol and mineral-based oils/ fuels.
Our suction and discharge range now also features its first ever truly transparent hose. Superclear is a clear, reinforced suction hose, developed for use in the food industry, where users need the ability to quickly and safely inspect food and material lines, to ensure that production isn’t interrupted.
The final latest edition to the range is our Wire Reinforced Suction Hose, a wire reinforced PVC hose with a steel wire helix for crush resistance, ideal for the suction and delivery of water, mineral water, fruit juices, and other liquids.
Copely’s suction and discharge range has a multitude of products for a number of applications. From agricultural suction hoses to industrial suction hoses.
Many of our PVC suction hoses are multipurpose, such as our classic Delivery Hose, suitable for a number of applications, from construction and horticulture, down to the light pressure transfer of liquids, slurries and powders.
Another example is our Sanitation Hose. Formulated with permeation resistant properties to combat odour, its main application is for the delivery of water, sewage, slurries and powders. However, it can also be used for a variety of other applications such as agricultural, construction and industrial.
A majority of our suction pipes are manufactured from a PVC material, with a reinforced helix for abrasion resistance, available in a number of colours such as green, grey, blue and white. However, this range also features Industrial Layflat Hoses, available in Light Duty blue and Medium Duty yellow. These are general purpose PVC
