Thank you to everyone who attended our Open Week at Copely Developments. For the first time in our history we commission a new spiral hose line, and to celebrate this we opened our doors to many of our customers. All those who visited the chance to see how our products are manufactured, from the development right through to the packaging.
All eyes were focused on our new spiral hose line which is now running at full production speed, with various sizes and ranges of suction and discharge hose now available from stock.
Our guests had the chance to see how our new suction and discharge hose is made, as well as view a burst pressure test and see all four corners of our Copely factory and offices, following a full and informative tour of our Leicester based manufacturing facility.
Michael O’Reilly, Managing Director of Pneumatics Limited Ireland, visited our site on Tuesday the 19th May,

Suction hose is widely used in the UK for applications such as the movement of sewage, slurry, liquids, foodstuffs, particles and oils. Its construction incorporates a crush-resistant PVC helix and a flexible PVC covering. Our product has a smooth bore on all sizes to minimise any frictional losses. All of our materials are RoHS and fully REACh compliant, giving our customers total peace of mind.
