Copely Developments extends a warm welcome to Peter Larkin who joined our company on 31 March 2014 as Southern Account Manager.
Peter’s role is mainly ‘field based’ covering the South of England and South Wales, where he will be helping to develop new business while of course servicing the needs of our existing customers in this area. Peter’s immediate priority is to meet as many of our current customers and familiarise himself with their businesses This will enable him to fully understand their requirements and provide an all-round high quality service, while of course communicating all the latest news and developments from Copely.
While Copely Developments may be new to Peter, his role in Field Sales and the plastics industry certainly isn’t. Peter has worked in the extrusion market since 1996. He has been involved in selling uPVC building products and is experienced in working with customers on special projects. During this time, Peter also gained an in depth knowledge of ‘Just in Time’ Supply, scheduling and planning.
“Copely as a company has a ‘can do’ attitude,” says Peter. “From my short time with the company so far, I have seen there is a drive for constant improvement and I am pleased to have joined such a forward thinking business. The induction process and product training has been extremely thorough and I already feel part of the team, which is very motivating. I look forward to helping Copely grow further in both new and existing markets.”
Peter is originally from Cheshire and lives in Milton Keynes with his wife and two children. Out of work and when not spending time with the kids, he enjoys travel and sport – in particular Rugby Union and motorsports.
