Engineering and technical support is available to both existing and potential hose makers. Copely can offer turnkey production lines, or act in a consultative capacity. Advice and supply of know-how, software ‘tailor made’ for client’s specific needs, from cost preparation to hose design and performance data and materials specifications. International hose standards are mandatory and being ISO 9001 quality assured, Copely advice on hose design comes highly recommended. Accuracy of ‘braiding’ is essential for compliance with standards and Copely will supply retrofit parts to standard braiding plant in order to achieve this consistency.

Copely Developments Ltd are also proactive on environmental issues and manufacture reliable braid separation and recycling plant to meet this challenge. The additional benefits are far reaching as superior material efficiencies quickly enhance overall profitability.

Copely Muffle Heater / Heat Bonder

Copely Chemical Dispensing Unit
  • For use either as an economical stand alone unit for chemical bonding or in addition to the Copely Heat Bonder, where maximum bond strengths are required.
  • Heavy gauge stainless steel construction, all apertures laser cut for accuracy and finish.
  • Maximum chemical reservoir capacity - 63 litres, with lid, retaining bar and level indicator.
  • Splash free retaining section for clean refilling.
  • Re-circulating pumping capacity - 11 litres per minute.
  • Upper tank divided into two sections - main tank and holding tank.
  • Lower tank for re-circulating.
  • Hose inlet section with infinitely variable shutter valve.
